CAR TRAILERS Brisbane

Our car trailers are supported with full RHS chassis rails, additional cross members, checker plate floor, checker plate guards with gussets, to protect your vehicle the trailer guards are filled with sheet metal. For extra support and strength all our draw bars are a heavy duty 3 way draw bar made from 100 x 50 rhs extended back to the spring hangers, 7 leaf slipper springs but have the option to upgrade to rocker roller suspension, solid square axles, mechanical or electric brakes. Our car trailers are supplied with LED lights, new wheels, and tyres, and offer the option of tie rails or in built lash rings for the tie downs.

Other car trailer lengths can be made to order.
The width can vary, but generally the maximum deck width is preferred, this being 6 feet 6 inches (2000mm).

Maximum Load Weight

The maximum load weight of any car trailer is essential before manufacturing it, as this helps in determining the most suitable suspension, chassis, and braking system needed for the car trailer. Repairs of the car trailer if damaged due to an over-weight load can be then prevented and any additional costs for extra strengthening will be then avoided.

Bike Trailers

Bike Trailers come in two standard sizes:

• 7’x4′ (2060mm x1200mm) – to carry 2 bikes.
• 7’x5′ (2060mm x1500mm) – to carry 3 bikes,
• 8 x 5 (2400 x 1500) – to carry large bikes.
• Other bike trailer sizes can be made to order.
